1. Services

AnchorSite, a studio of Booth Software Ventures LLC ("we", "us"), provides web design, development, SEO and maintenance services. The scope, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

2. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Ongoing services are billed monthly. Late payments may pause work or services.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins) remain governed by their own licenses.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide, and for holding rights to any materials you supply.

5. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
